Jim began as an apprentice in 1959 and worked through the ranks as a Journeyman, Foreman, Superintendent, Vice President of Operations, to his present position as President / CEO and owner of McWilliams Electric Company, Inc.. In addition to running McWilliams, he also is helping the industry by being on the following Electrical/Construction boards: | |

Sam has been in the Construction industry for over
41 years, of which 34 years were in the Electrical Industry. Beginning in 1963, Sam worked part-time with
Paruolo Builders doing residential/ commercial remodeling. From 1963-1965 he was employed
by Hans Rosenow roofing as an apprentice roofer. 1965-1967 Sam served in the United States
Army, and did a tour of duty in the Republic of Vietnam. He had Top Secret Government
clearance in Atomic Warheads and Communications. During 1967-1968 Sam was employed by
Cormat Construction Company building High Rise Residential Buildings. In 1969 McWilliams
Electric Company hired Sam as a Foreman. He advanced through the ranks to General Foreman,
Area General Foreman, General Superintendent, Vice President and to his present position
as Senior Vice President. Sam attended special training schools for Electrical Estimating,
Voice/Data, and Fiber Optics.

Scott Swayze, Vice President Scott has began his career in the Electrical Construction Industry in 1984 when he was hired by McWilliams Electric to do field work. In 1987, Scott moved into the main office as a draftsman and was promoted in 1990 to Project Manager. Scott has attended Electrical Code School and received his Supervising Electrician's License. |

Norm Spiegel, Project Manager Norm adds 34 years of experience in the Communications/Security Industry to McWilliams Electric. From 1970-1975 Norm was involved in the installation and service of communication/security systems. Since 1975, he has been involved in Communications, Security, Voice-Data, Video, Fiber Optic, Systems Design, Sales, and Project Management. Since 1991, Norm has also been our company's Safety Director. He has had extensive training in all areas of construction safety, and is certified as an instructor for the O.S.H.A. 10 and 30 hour courses. He has also completed Competent Person Training in Fall Protection and is a Certified Community First Aid and CPR instructor. |

Thomas J. Moes, Project Manager Tom is a veteran of Electrical Project management for over 33 years. He began in 1971-1985 as a Project Manager for Dolio & Metz, and then from 1985-1994 was employed by Henry Newgard & Company, before joining the quality service of McWilliams Electric in 1994 as a Project Manager. |

Joe Ramello, Project Manager Joe has over 24 years Experience in the Electrical Construction Industry. He is a graduate of the IBEW Local 134 apprenticeship program and worked as a foreman until he was promoted to Project Manager in 1996. Joe brings a wealth of knowledge to the McWilliams' Team. |

Fred Mahler, Electrical Superintendent Fred joined the electrical team at McWilliams Electric after he finished his four year apprenticeship in 1979. He worked as a Journeyman until 1981 when he became Foreman for McWilliams Electric until 1991. From 1991-1993 Fred was a General Foreman for McWilliams Electric and in 1993 he was promoted to his current position as Electrical Superintendent. |
