Jim has been serving McWilliams Electric Co., Inc. customers for over 50 years. Jim began as an apprentice in 1959 and worked through the ranks as a Journeyman, Foreman, Superintendent, Vice President of Operations, to his present position as President / CEO and owner of McWilliams Electric Company, Inc.. Sam has been in the Construction industry for over 49 years, of which 40 years were in the Electrical Industry. Beginning in 1963, Sam worked part-time with Paruolo Builders doing residential / commercial remodeling. From 1963-1965, he was employed by Hans Rosenow Roofing. From 1965-1967, Sam served in the United States Army, and served in the Republic of Vietnam. He had Top Secret Government clearance in Atomic Warheads and Communications. During 1967-1968, Sam was employed by Cormat Construction Company building High Rise Buildings. In 1969 McWilliams Electric Company hired Sam as a Foreman. He advanced through the ranks to General Foreman, Area General Foreman, General Superintendent, Vice President and to his present position as Senior Vice President. Sam attended special training schools for High Voltage Splicing, Electrical Estimating, Voice/Data, and Fiber Optics. |

Scott has 28 years experience in the Electrical Construction Industry, beginning in 1984 when he was hired by McWilliams Electric to do field work. In 1987, Scott moved into the main office as an estimator / draftsman, was promoted in 1990 to Project Manager and to his current position of Vice President in charge of Estimating in 2000. Scott has been certified in Electrical Code, he completed the University of Wisconsin Engineering Course, in addition to numerous Project Management and Computer Estimating courses and has received his Supervising Electrician’s License in the City of Chicago. |

After graduating from Curry College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993, Joe joined the McWilliams team in 1997 as our Marketing Director. His responsibilities included all marketing campaigns and promotions for McWilliams. Joe became very involved with our customers throughout the time he was in charge of our marketing and in 2000, Joe was promoted to a Project Manager at McWilliams. In 2005, Joe was promoted to Vice President at McWilliams and his responsibilities include overseeing all Marketing aspects for the company, maintaining and developing customer relationships, IT Manager, in addition to managing his current jobs in progress. |

Maureen joined the McWilliams team in 1987 in the accounting department. She was promoted to our Assistant Office Manager in 1990 and was in charge of overseeing a variety of accounting positions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Maureen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis University in 1992 and was promoted to Comptroller in 1995. In 2005, Maureen became McWilliams Chief Financial Officer. Her responsibilities include overseeing the entire Accounting Department as well as managing our Corporate Banking and Financing requirements as well as preparing financial reporting for the company. |

Norm joined the McWilliams Team in 1991 and adds 45 years of experience in the Communications / Security Industry to McWilliams Electric. From 1970 - 1975, Norm was involved in the installation and service of communication / security systems. Since 1975, he has been involved in Electrical, Communications, Security, Fire Alarm, Voice Data, Video, Fiber Optic Systems Design, Sales, and Project Management. |

Joe Ramello brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the McWilliams’ Team. He has over 30 years of experience in the Electrical Construction Industry and is a graduate of the IBEW Local 134 apprenticeship program. In addition to working as a foreman, Joe has 19 years of hands-on experience in the field where, in addition to general electrical work, he specialized in projects involving refrigeration and process controls, fire alarm systems, and other electrical systems unique to the dairy, refrigerated warehouses and food processing industries. This strong foundation, coupled with his unique creative ability, has allowed Joe to expand the McWilliams team in the design build industry for such customers as Peacock Engineering, Olympic Oil, and Kraft Foods. |

Fred joined the electrical team at McWilliams Electric following his graduation from the IBEW apprenticeship in 1979 He worked as a Journeyman until 1980 when he became a Foreman for McWilliams Electric until 1991. From 1991-1993 Fred was General Foreman and in 1993 he was promoted to Electrical Superintendent. In 2008 Fred joined the Project Management team for McWilliams Electric. Fred has completed the following courses and has received certification in: Excavation Competent Person Class, Fall Protection Competent Person Course, and Midwest Safety Conference on Access & Scaffolds. He has also received certificates for completing a 40 Hour Waste Site Worker Course and the OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Industry Courses. In addition to these certificates, Fred is also a certified community First Aid and CPR instructor. |

Mike joined the McWilliams Team in 1987 as a Journeyman Electrician. Throughout his tenure at McWilliams, he has been a Foreman and General Foreman before becoming a Project Manager. Mike has a wealth of knowledge in the Electrical and Communications Fields. Mike is a BICSI Certified RCDD Designer, BICSI Certified Technician, and a Certified Systimax Designer. Mike is also certified in OSHA 10 and 30 hour Construction Industry Courses. |

Rick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Central College before obtaining his Master’s Degree from DePaul University in 1999. Rick has worked in numerous communications positions before he became the General Manager of Current Communications & Electric Corporation. Rick Perillo has recently joined McWilliams Electric’s newly formed Technology Solutions Division (TSD) . Rick is a BICSI certified Technician and is trained in AMP, Belden, Hubbell, Leviton, Mohawk, Panduit solutions and Uniprise. |

Paul is a graduate of both the Coyne Institute of Technology and the IBEW LOCAL 701 Apprenticeship program. Paul joined McWilliams in 1994 and has worked as a Journeyman Electrician, Field Foreman, General Foreman and in 2008 was promoted to Electrical Superintendent. Paul has also completed and received certificates in the following courses; OSHA 10 hour, OSHA 30 hour, NFPA 70E, Aerial Lifts, Scaffolding, Confined Space and Adult CPR/FIRST AID. |

Bill started with McWilliams as a summer helper in 1979 and became our full-time truck driver in 1980. He was promoted in 1982 to Warehouse Manager and was in charge of our truck driver in addition to managing all of the McWilliams material, tools, and Building Maintenance. He became ourAssistant Purchasing Agent in 1984 and was promoted to his current position in 1990. Bill is responsible for pricing and placing material orders for all our customers and assuring that our customers are receiving the best material available at the best price. Bill also oversees our Warehouse Manager, and assists our Project Managers with estimates. Bill has completed the OSHA 10hr and 30hr courses as well as completing the NECA Estimating Construction Course, Blue Print Reading, and NECA Advanced Construction Law as well as other electrical related courses. |

Jerry received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis University in 1998. Jerry joined our McWilliams team as our Safety Director in 1999. Jerry has had extensive training in all areas of construction safety. Jerry has certifications from the Board of Safety Professionals as a Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) and as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). He also has a certificate in Safety Management from the American Society of Safety Engineers.
